1.	Condition 7 is a two part condition requiring the submission of detailed Scheme for providing appropriate off-site highway improvement works and confirmation that the applicant has applied for the promotion of the S278 works. The following plans were submitted on the 20th March 2025 : - Land Dedication plan; ref. 16-2044-314 Rev P3 - Extent of highway works; ref. 16-2044-312 Rev P7 - Cross Section Sheet 1; ref. 16-2044-311 Rev P5 - Cross Section Sheet 2; ref. 16-2044-311 Rev P5 - Longitudinal Sections; ref. 16-2044-310 Rev P2 - Existing Utility Records; ref. 16-2044-308 Rev P5 - Drainage; ref. 16-2044-307 Rev P7 - Kerbs and Edgings; ref. 16-2044-306 Rev P9 - Construction; ref. 16-2044-305 Rev P11 - Setting Out Information; ref. 16-2044-304 Rev P6 - Signs and Road Markings; ref. 16-2044-303 Rev P9 - General Site Clearance; ref. 16-2044-302 Rev P10 - Contours and Flow Arrows; ref. 16-2044-301 Rev P8 - General Arrangement; ref. 16-2044-300 Rev P10 These details have undergone technical approval with the Highway Authority and therefore the condition can be discharged in full. Condition 8 of pp 06/23/0926/VCF requires that the foodstore shall not be brought into use until the off-site highway improvement works have first been completed and made available for use in strict accordance with the detailed plans approved under Condition 7 of the permission.
