| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th February 2024:
- Combined Plans (showing room dimensions); dwg. ref. 1855/1
The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The House of Multiple Occupation hereby permitted shall not be permanently occupied by any more than 4 people at any one time.
The reason for the condition is :- To mitigate the impact on neighbours and parking pressures resulting from any intensification of the use, and to ensure that an adequate amount of shared facilities are provided to accord with policies A1, H12 and I1 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | Prior to first occupation of the development hereby permitted a scheme for the parking of cycles, to store no fewer than 4 cycles, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be fully implemented before the development is first occupied or brought into use and shall hereafter be retained for this purpose.
The reason for the condition is: - To ensure the provision of adequate cycle parking that meets the needs of occupiers of the proposed development and in the interests of encouraging the use of sustainable modes of transport. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
