1.	Condition 9 requires detailed drawings for the off-site highway improvement works. The following was submitted on the 21st February 2025: - 309-2022-201-P5 S278 Proposed Site Plan Layout - 309-2022-205-P3 S278 Proposed Kerbing Plan Layout - 309-2022-204-P2 S278 Speed Limit Adjustment - 309-2022-203-P4 S278 Construction Details - 309-2022-207-P2 S278 Site Location Plan - 309-2022-206-P3 S278 Site Clearance Plan Layout - 309-2022-011-P2 Alternative Offsite Highway Improvements Site Plan Layout The details are considered acceptable and are hereby approved and are sufficient to discharge this condition in full. The applicant should be made aware that condition 10 requires the works approved in condition 9 to be completed to the written satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, prior to the occupation of five dwellings on the site.
2.	Condition 11 requires details of required Traffic Regulation Order. The following was submitted on the 21st February 2025: - 309-2022-201-P5 S278 Proposed Site Plan Layout - 309-2022-204-P2 S278 Speed Limit Adjustment - 309-2022-207-P2 S278 Site Location Plan - 309-2022-206-P3 S278 Site Clearance Plan Layout Whilst this condition was a compliance condition, the Highway Authority have confirmed that the TRO is in the process of being promoted, and therefore the requirement of this condition has been satisfied.
