1.	Condition 3: 3. Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted the proposed secure cycle parking shall be provided and retained thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of adequate cycle parking that meets the needs of occupiers of the proposed development and in the interests of encouraging the use of sustainable modes of transport. Condition 4: Prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby approved, no fewer than 1 swift terrace box shall be installed on the northern elevation of the building. The bird box shall remain thereafter in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- To secure biodiversity enhancements in line with the NPPF. Discharge is refused on the grounds that insufficient information has been received to discharge the conditions. The application did not provide any evidence to demonstrate that the no. 1 swift terrace box and cycle parking had been implemented within the development. As such condition 3 and 4 are UNDISCHARGED.
