| 1. | condition 4 requires that There shall be no installation of any part of the balcony terrace balustrade screen until the precise details of the materials and appearance of the: (i) balustrade posts, fixtures and fittings, and (ii) opaque glazing screen panel colour and textures, have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be undertaken in strict accordance with the details as approved and shall be retained as such thereafter.

Details of glass, clear glass to the lower part and satin opaque (privacy Level 5) to the upper part.
The proposed details of the balustrade and glass are considered acceptable and hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in part in terms of the submission element but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the balustrade posts, fixtures and fittings, and opaque glazing screen panel to be installed as per the submitted information and be retained as such. |
