APPROVAL IN FULL of condition 3: Condition 3 requires the submission of a scheme for the preservation and restoration of the buildings internal and external features of heritage interest (as informed by the submitted Heritage Impact Assessment as part application 06/22/0955/F) to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by a Heritage Schedule ref. 6386 Rev P1 prepared by Chaplin Farrant. The schedule has been produced following and informed by the Historical Impact Assessment submitted with the parent planning permission 06/22/0955/F. The submitted schedule as referred to above is hereby APPROVED as sufficient to satisfy the submission element for condition 3 of planning permission 06/22/0955/F. The development must take place in accordance with the approved Heritage Schedule ref. 6386 Rev P1.
