| 1. | Condition 7 (part 4) requires a verification plan providing details of the data that will be collected in order to demonstrate that the works set out in the approved remediation strategy are complete and identifying any requirements for longer-term monitoring of pollutants etc.

| 2. | Condition 8 requires a verification report demonstrating completion of works set out in the approved remediation strategy and the effectiveness of the remediation.

| 3. | Condition 11 requires details of piling or any other foundation designs using penetrative methods should they be proposed. The details have already been assessed and approved under application ref. 06/22/0343/CD, however this application seeks a full discharge of the condition by demonstrating works have been carried out in compliance.
