1.Condition 4 requires notwithstanding the location of the proposed air source heat pump as shown within approved plan 537/02 revision C, the final location of the air source heat pump to be positioned in the rear garden shall be at least 1m away from any shared boundary, and the volume of the air source heat pump's outdoor compressor unit (including any housing) shall not exceed 0.6 cubic metres. There shall be no installation of any air source heat pump within the application site until such time as the location in the form of a plan, and capacity and other technical specifications, have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Application is supported by the following documentation: 1) Unreferenced Plan, entitled Typical Block Plan, Dated August 2023 2) Air to water heat pumps technical information The proposed details of the air source heat pump are considered acceptable and hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in part in terms of the submission element but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the Air source heat pump to be installed as per the submitted information and be maintained as such.
2.Condition 6 required that there shall be no construction beyond foundation or slab level of the extensions hereby approved until details (photographs, plans) of no less than 2no. bird boxes to be installed in the development have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with these details and the bird boxes shall be installed and made available for use prior to the first use of the extensions, and shall be retained as such in perpetuity. 1) The Application was supported by the following documents: 2) Unreferenced Plan, entitled Typical Block Plan, Dated August 2023 3) Photograph of small hole bird box from RSPB shop 4) RSPB swift nest box information booklet The proposed details of the bird boxes are considered acceptable and hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in part in terms of the submission element but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the bird boxes to be to be installed and made available prior to the first use of the extensions and retained as as such thereafter.
