1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on the 9th August 2023: - Proposed sketch plans - Elevations Sketch Plan - Block Plan - Frame Plan, Roof Plan, Brickwork and 3D view The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | There shall be no use of the extension hereby permitted until it has been connected to an appropriate sustainable drainage facility where practicable with inclusion of soakaway provision as set out in the drainage options and terms shown in the plans provided by Mr. Tinney within the email 'Re: Sea Breezes 06/23/0627/HH' received by the Local Planning Authority on the 25th October 2023 (16:27). The reason for the condition is :- To ensure rain water from the development is dispersed and attenuated prior to natural infiltration in order to minimise the risk of increasing the rates of erosion. |
