No.	Condition Text
1.	The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans: - Unreferenced, undated and untitled plan (submitted as Site Location Plan) received by the Local Planning Authority on 31st July 2023. - Unreferenced, undated and untitled plan (submitted as Block Plan of site) received by the Local Planning Authority on 31st July 2023. - Plan No. 2681 / 3878 revision 1 Sheet 2 of 7, entitled Proposed Loft conversion (submitted as proposed ground floor floor plan), dated June 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2023 - Plan No. 2681 / 3878 revision 1 Sheet 2 of 7, entitled Proposed Loft conversion (submitted as roof plan), dated June 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2023 - Plan No. 2681 / 3878 revision 1 Sheet 4 of 7, entitled Proposed Loft conversion (submitted as loft floor construction plan), dated June 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2023 - Plan No. 2681 / 3878 revision 1 Sheet 5 of 7, entitled Proposed Loft conversion (submitted as section plans), dated June 2023, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2023 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.	The materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing building in accordance with the details stated in the application form. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
4.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
