1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans: -Unreferenced and untitled Plan (submitted as site Location Plan), dated 27th September 2021 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th October 2023. -Plan no. 7 amendment no. 1, entitled site layout (submitted as existing and proposed block Plan) dated January 2024, received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th January 2024 - Plan no. 5 amendment no. 1, entitled Proposed elevations, dated January 2024, received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th January 2024 - Plan no. 4 amendment no. 1, entitled Proposed ground floor plan, dated January 2024, received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th January 2024 -Plan no. 6 amendment no. 1, entitled Proposed section, dated January 2024, received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th January 2024 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed on-site car and parking area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use. Reason: To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
