| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the following plans received on 16th August 2023: - Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations main building, ref. 23/344/05 The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Should the approved cladding be removed at anytime, the external and internal repair works to the retained fabric shall match the existing adjacent historic work with regard to the methods, materials, colour, texture and profile, unless agreed otherwise with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure that the used materials and finishes are appropriate for the character and appearance of the Listed building. |
