1.	The development shall be carried out / retained in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 31st October 2024: - Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; ref. 23/344/02 Rev B and the following plan received on the 25th September 2023: - Location Plan (within Existing Floor Plans and Elevations, Site Plans); ref. 23/344/01 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt of what has been approved and in the interests of proper planning.
2.	Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the box hedging containers and square cast aluminium duct covers shall be installed in accordance with the details shown on approved dwg. ref. "Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; ref. 23/344/02 Rev B", and shall be retained as such thereafter. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of conserving and protecting the designated heritage asset, in accordance with policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and E5 of Local Plan Part 2.
3.	Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the two unauthorised stars fixed to the ground floor of the south and east elevations of the building shall be removed. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of conserving and protecting the designated heritage asset, in accordance with policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and E5 of Local Plan Part 2.
4.	No external lighting shall be installed other than in accordance with the approved plan ref. "Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations; ref. 23/344/02 Rev B" and the lighting installed shall not cause glare beyond the site boundaries. The reason for the condition is: - In the interests of residential amenity, impact on the heritage asset and protecting dark skies, in accordance with policies CS09 and CS10 of the Core Strategy and policies A1 and E5 of Local Plan Part 2, and policy NAT9 of the Emerging Local Plan.
