| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following documents received by the Local Planning Authority on the 3rd August 2023: - Existing Elevations dwg. ref. RS/4920/23/01 - (only in so far as it relates to location plan) - Proposed Elevations dwg. ref. RS/4920/23/02 The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The development shall not commence until full details of the proposed windows (supported with detailed drawings to a scale of 1:20) have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter. Particular regard should be given to ensuring the required details include the following:- - Details of the window profile, sash horns, mullions and openings - Example of finish - Confirmation of manufacturer. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of conserving and enhancing the conservation area in accordance with Core Strategy Policy (2015) CS10. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
