1.	Condition 3 Part (A) is discharged in full. The Written Scheme of Investigation received by the Local Planning Authority on the 7th September 2023 has been deemed acceptable and is hereby approved. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and recommendations contained within the report. Parts B and C of condition 3 remain to be discharged and the development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the approved archaeological written scheme of investigation.
