1.The development hereby permitted must be begun before the expiry of FIVE YEARS from the date of this notification (08/12/2023). Reason for the condition: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 (11)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended).

FW_31635_VF_27383_0 303 A Proposed North Facing Elevation; received 14th September 2023 - ICNIRP Declaration of Conformity received 14th September 2023 - 5G Site Specific Supplementary Information received 14th September 2023 Reason for the condition: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the specified approved plans, as required by Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended).
