| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the following, received on the 13th September 2023:
- Completed application form;
- Photo of container;
- Photo of container 1;
- Photo of container 2.
and the following revised plan, received on 21st March 2024;

| 2. | The storage containers hereby approved shall be used for storage associated with a delivery only business, with no personal sales from the site itself except where these are existing customers of Hillcrest Livery Centre.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of highway safety and to control traffic movements. |
| 3. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed on-site car and parking/servicing/loading/unloading/turning/waiting area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is: -
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
