| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 3397.4 Revision D, received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th June, 1996, supporting planning permission reference 06/96/0036/F.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt, to achieve an improvement in the quality of provision and prevent visual intrusion on the countryside. |
| 2. | The static caravan units shall only be used for holiday purposes and may only be occupied during the period from 1st February in any year to 14th January in the following year.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that the caravans are not used as permanent units of residential accommodation. |
| 3. | A 2 metre high close boarded fence shall be retained on the northern boundary of the proposed caravan site and on the boundary with "Seaward", St. Thomas's Road.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent caravans and the residential amenities of the occupiers of "Seaward", and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
