| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the application form and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 26 July 2017 in relation to access, layout, scale and landscaping, under outline application reference 06/17/0463/O and the details of appearance agreed under the approved reserved matters application reference 06/18/0591/D. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The caravans shall be used for holiday purposes only and shall be occupied only between 1st February in any year and 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the caravans are not used as permanent units of residential accommodation. |
| 3. | The caravans shall be single storey only. The reason for the condition is :- The interests of visual amenity and to achieve a suitable layout. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
