| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the approved plan (drawing reference: A PL01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 25 October 2018, approved under application reference 06/18/0591/D. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The caravans shall only be used for holiday purposes and may only be occupied during the period from 1st February in any year to 14th January the following year. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure that the caravans are not used as permanent units of residential accommodation. |
