The amendments are shown on the following plan & detailed on the application form received on the 16 August 2023: Combined Plans 567-01 Rev B This decision accepts the changes listed above, as shown within the revised plans listed on this decision notice, as non-material amendments to those elements of the original permission ref 06/23/0388/HH listed at Conditions 2 & 3. Whilst the development can be undertaken in accordance with these revised plans, it must still adhere to all the conditions set out on the decision notice of permission 06/23/0388/HH. In addition, your attention is drawn to the necessity (where applicable) for obtaining the Council's consent under the Building Regulations in respect of the amendment(s).
