1.	Condition 5 requires that with the exception of the demolition and removal of the associated store buildings on the site, prior to the commencement of development, a scheme of planting and landscaping is required to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within the first planting season following the first use or residential occupation of the dwelling. The application was supported by - Plan No. CD-22-034-01, entitled Concept Garden Design, dated 17th July 2023 and received - Email from agent supplying further information in respect of hedge planting and tree sizes received 17th September 2023 - Email from agent supplying information on the native hedging species received 6th November 2023 The proposed Scheme of Planting and landscaping details comprised in the above documents is considered acceptable and hereby approved. The condition can therefore be discharged in part but cannot be discharged in full as the condition requires the Planting and Landscaping to be delivered and retained in accordance with the approved details.
