| 1. | APPROVAL IN PART of Condition: Condition 20 requires details of contaminated land investigation and remediation scheme to be submitted and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and subsequent submission of a remediation verification/validation report. The application was supported by the following details/reports: · GY O&M Addendum Interpretative Environmental Ground Investigation Report prepared by WSP ref: 70078981-12114 dated July 2023 · O&M Quay Wall Piling Mat and Ground Anchor Contamination Risk Assessment and Remediation Strategy - Parts 1, 2 and 3 of 3 prepared by WSP ref: 70078981-ENV dated July 2023 The submitted ground investigation report and remediation strategy are hereby APPROVED as sufficient to satisfy the submission elements of condition 20. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Following the completion of measures identified in the agreed remediation strategy, and prior to the first occupation of any buildings, a further discharge of condition 20 application will be required in order to discharge the Remediation Verification/Validation Report demonstrating the effectiveness of the remediation undertaken. The condition can only then be discharged in full on completion of the development and a discharge of condition application will need to be submitted to the LPA demonstrating full compliance with the condition. |
