The condition cannot be discharged in full as it requires the planting to be carried out in accordance with the approved details. |
| 2. | Condition 8 required that a detailed scheme for the design of the vehicular access and culvert crossing over the ditch/watercourse is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, with development then taking place in accordance with the approved details. The application was supported by the following documentation: - Culvert Structure Section Plan (HA2881 001) - CorriPipe Technical Specification The proposed details are considered to be suitable and as such the condition can be discharged in part. The condition cannot be discharged in full as it requires the works to take place in accordance with the approved details. |
| 3. | Condition 10 required that a Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and then brought into use. The application was supported by the following documentation: - Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan (Evans Rivers and Coastal: 2748/RE/06-21/02) The Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan is considered acceptable and therefore the condition can be discharged in full. The Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan shall be made known to employees and visitors to the site. |
