1.	The Written Scheme of Investigation prepared by RPS dated January 2023 (as informed by the following details: Trial Trench Revisions (S); Trial Trenching w geophysics & NMP cropmarks; Trial Trenching w geophysics & NMP cropmarks (larger scale); Trial Trenching w NMP cropmarks; Trial Trench Revisions (N), all prepared by RPS) and received by the Local Planning Authority on the 18th August 2023 has been deemed acceptable and is hereby approved. Condition 26 Part A can be discharged in full for Phase 1a, 1b and 1c and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and recommendations contained within the Written Scheme of Investigation. Part B of condition 26 remains to be complied with as does condition 44.
