1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans: - Unreferenced Plan, entitled Location Plan, dated 6th July 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd August 2023 - Plan No 2020517 - 01 revision B, Entitled As existing and proposed (submitted as Block Plan and Elevations) Dated 6th October 2023and received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th October - Unreferenced and untitled Plan (submitted as Roof to Wall Abutment details), undated and received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th October The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Any repair/ repointing on the wall shall be carried out on a like-for-like basis. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
4.Informative: The proposed works will require scheduled monument consent under Section 2(1) of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 (as amended).
