1.	Condition 8 required an archaeological scheme of investigation to be submitted including an assessment of significance and research questions; and, 1) The programme and methodology of site investigation and recording, 2) The programme for post investigation assessment, 3) Provision to be made for analysis of the site investigation and recording, 4) Provision to be made for publication and dissemination of the analysis and records of the site investigation, 5) Provision to be made for archive deposition of the analysis and records of the site investigation, and, 6) Nomination of a competent person or persons/organisation to undertake the works set out within the written scheme of investigation. . The application was supported by the following documentation: - A written scheme of investigation for A programme of Archaeological Migratory work (commencing with informative trial-trenching) - CA Project: SU0529, OASIS ID: cotswold2-512441, HES Ref.: CNF47801, HER Event No.: ENF143677, dated February 2023 The submitted information is acceptable and hereby approved and is sufficient to discharge the condition in full.
2.	Condition 9 requires that no development should take place other than in accordance with the written scheme of investigation approved under condition 8. This is a compliance condition and cannot be discharged until the written scheme of investigation approved in condition 8 has been complied with in full.
