1.The development hereby permitted must be begun before the expiry of FIVE YEARS from the date of this notification (28/07/2023). Reason for the condition: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 (11)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended).

3.INFORMATIVE 1 This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Act and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, order or regulation specifically the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or Building Regulations 2010 (as amended).
4.2 The applicant's attention is drawn to the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2016 Condition A.2 (2) (a) and (b) requiring the removal of the electronic communications apparatus from the land or building on which it is situated as soon as reasonably practicable after it is no longer required for electronic communications purposes and restoration of the land or building to its condition before the development took place, or to any other condition as may be agreed in writing between the local planning authority and the developer.
5.3. The Local Planning Authority confirm it has taken a positive and proactive approach to reach this decision in accordance with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework
