| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 4 September 2023:
- Proposed Plans (site plan, floor plans and elevations); drawing reference number 1242.03 Rev.A

| 3. | The materials to be used in the walls and roof of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the details on the approved drawings.

In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies CS09 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and Policy H9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021) |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
