| 3. | The materials for the extension hereby permitted shall match the appearance and style of the existing dwelling as stated on the application form. | 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
