| 3. | The materials for the extension hereby permitted shall match the appearance and style of the existing dwelling as stated on the application form. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the satisfactory appearance of the development in accordance with Policies H9 and A1 of the adopted Local Plan Part 2 (2021) |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
