No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans: - Plan No. 10221-0001_2 revision D, Entitled Location Plan, Dated 18th September 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th September 2023 - Plan No. 10551-0001_03 revision D, entitled Block Plan, Dated 18th September 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th September 2023 - Plan No. 10551-0001_01-PL revision F, entitled Planning Site Layout, Dated 15th November 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority 16th November 2023. - Plan No. 001_20 revision B, entitled Feeder Pillar and Cop Metering Box, Dated 3rd February 2022 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th August 2023. - Plan No. 001_29 revision A, Entitled BYD 160kW Charger, Dated 17th February 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th August 2023. - Plan No. 001_10 revision A, entitled TR7 - Substation - 500 - 800KVA, Dated 17th April 2023 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th August 2023. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed on-site car parking area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan (Drg No. 10551 - 0001_01-PL Rev. F) and retained thereafter available for that specific use. Reason: To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
