| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:-
· Site Plan, scale 1:1250 (Location Plan) (un-numbered) - received 20-JUL-2023
· Proposed Floor Plans, Elevations and Block Plan (Amended) (un-numbered) - received 29-AUG-2023
The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The window on the northern elevation of the rear extension (labelled as 'en-suite' on plan: 'Proposed Floor Plans, Elevations and Block Plan (Amended) (un-numbered) - received 29-AUG-2023' referred to in condition 2 above) shall be fitted with obscure glass to a level equivalent to Pilkington Privacy Level 5 which shall be installed prior to the first occupation of the extension and this obscure glazing shall be retained thereafter in perpetuity.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties in accordance with policy A1. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
