1.	Condition 13 requires that 1 fire hydrant must be provided per 50 dwellings (to the nearest 50 rounded up) in accordance with details agreed by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documents: - Drawing 190396/1/0148567 Rev A; entitled scheme development plan. - Letter dated 3rd July 2023 from Phil Deeley (Elemento Group Ltd) confirming that the hydrants will be paid for. The development proposes 4no. fire hydrants and the proposed details are acceptable and are hereby approved. However this condition can only be discharged in part as the development still has to be undertaken in accordance with the approved details.
