1.Condition 4 requires a detailed remediation scheme to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, with parts 2 and 3 of the condition requiring the agreed remediation to be carried out and a verification report confirming the success of the remediation scheme to then be provided to the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documentation: 1. Remediation Method Statement. Norfolk Partnership Laboratory Reference 104289. The submitted information is considered acceptable and and hereby approved as sufficient to discharge part 1 of the condition. Parts 2 and 3 of the condition have not been discharged and the approved remediation works need to be carried out and a verification report submitted and approved by the LPA to confirm the success of the remediation works. The remediation scheme should be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
2.Condition 5 requires that a Biodiversity Enhancement Plan produced by a suitably qualified ecologist has is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, with the approved measures then carried out prior to occupation of the dwellings. The application was supported by the following documentation: 1. Biodiversity Enhancement Plan - Wild Frontier Ecology (dated May 2023) The submitted information is considered acceptable and hereby approved. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The condition cannot be discharged in full as the approved biodiversity enhancement measures need to be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
3.Condition 7 requires that a Soft and Hard Landscaping scheme is submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, with the approved measures then carried out prior to occupation of the dwellings. The application was supported by the following documentation: 1. Hard Landscaping Plan (unreferenced) 2. Soft Landscaping Plan (drawing number 2758-23) The submitted information is considered acceptable and hereby approved. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the dwellings. The condition cannot be discharged in full as the approved landscaping scheme needs to be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
4.Condition 9 requires that details of EV charging points are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, with the approved measures then carried out prior to occupation of the dwellings. The application was supported by the following documentation: 1. EV Charging Plan 2. EV-FLRSTAND product sheet The submitted information is considered acceptable and hereby approved. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The condition cannot be discharged in full as the approved EV charging points need to be installed in accordance with the approved details prior to occupation of the dwellings.
