| 1. | Condition 3 requires that the exact types and colours of the materials to be used in the development are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and that the development is carried out in accordance with those approved details. The application was supported by the following details: - Application form, stating materials - Elevations as built (drawing references: 1575/2 Rev.A). Received by the Local Planning Authority 12th July 2023. The details of the materials for the dwellings and drives and access road are considered acceptable, this part of the condition is APPROVED and is discharged in full as this part of the development has been completed. The materials for the walls adjacent the access from North Road are not considered acceptable. This part of the condition cannot be discharged and is REFUSED. |
| 2. | Condition 4 requires that a a Phase 1 contamination report shall be carried out to establish details of known previous uses and possible contamination arising from those uses. The application is supported by the following information: - Desk Study and Risk Assessment dated November 2021 ref: 102556 prepared by Norfolk Partnership Laboratory An intrusive investigation for contamination purposes is not considered necessary and therefore sufficient information has been submitted. The condition is APPROVED and is discharged in full. |
| 3. | Condition 7 requires details of nesting boxes and hedgehog gaps to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and that these biodiversity measures are provided in accordance with these approved details prior to first occupation. The application is supported by the following information: - Block Plan scale 1:500 @ A4 The submitted information is considered acceptable and is APPROVED and is sufficient to discharge the condition in part. The condition cannot be fully discharged as the works need to be carried out in accordance with the approved details. |
