1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with following plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st May 2023
- Site Location Plan, scale 1:1250 - dated 20th May 2023
- Existing and proposed Block Plan - 001 - dated 20th May 2023
- Proposed Floor Plans - 004 - dated 20th May 2023
- Proposed Elevations - 005 - dated 20th May 2023

3. | The materials for the extension hereby permitted shall match the appearance and style of the existing dwelling as stated on the application form.

In the interests of the satisfactory appearance of the development in accordance with Policies H9 and A1 of the adopted Local Plan Part 2 (2021) |
4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
