1.	Condition 5 requires that a flood response is submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The application was supported by the following documentation: - Flood Emergency and Evacuation Plan (RIDA) The condition cannot be discharged in full because the condition requires that the Flood Response Plan is made available to residents and that the development continue to be operated thereafter in accordance with the Flood Response Plan in perpetuity.
