1.	Condition 5 requires a scheme detailing provision for on-site parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The scheme as approved shall be implemented throughout the construction period. The application was supported by:- - Construction Management Plan - Site Parking Arrangements for Construction Period, unreferenced, dated 03/05/2023 The details are acceptable and are hereby approved however the condition can only be discharged in part as the approved scheme needs to be implemented throughout the duration of the construction period.
