2.The hereby approved outbuilding as shown on the approved plans shall only be used as ancillary accommodation in connection with the dwelling house and not for overnight accommodation. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property and the immediate surroundings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
4.INFORMATIVE NOTE - Reason for Approval: This retrospective application has been consulted on in line with legislative requirements. No objections have been received. The proposal is for a log cabin and shed which has been constructed in the rear garden. The application sites benefits from a very large curtilage and screening from the neighbouring property and listed church and there are no harmful impacts upon neighbouring properties or the setting of the listed buildings.
