| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | The materials for the rear dormer hereby permitted shall match the appreance and style of the existing dwelling and in accordance with the details contained withing the submitted application form.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of the satisfactory appearance of the development in accordance with Policy H9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021). |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
