| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 3. | Access to the flat roof over the extensions hereby approved shall be for maintenance or emergency purposes only and the flat roof shall not be used as a roof garden, terrace, patio or similar activity.

To protect the privacy of the surrounding residents in accordance with Policy A2 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
