1.The development hereby permitted must be begun before the expiry of FIVE YEARS from the date of this notification (02/12/2022). Reason for the condition: To comply with Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 (11)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended).
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, plans and drawings and other documents and details received as listed below: - 260 Proposed H3G Elevation, drawing number GRY26760_M001_H3G_DNSW_GA - 210 Proposed H3G Site Plan, drawing number GRY26760_M001_H3G_DNSW_GA - 002 Site Location Plan, drawing number GRY26760_M001_H3G_DNSW_GA - ICNIRP Declaration of Conformity dated 21st March 2023, received 5th April 2023 - 5G Site Specific Supplementary Information and Planning Justification received 5th April insofar as it relates to mast siting Reason for the condition: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the specified approved plans, as required by Schedule 2, Part 16, Class A.3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended).
3.INFORMATIVE NOTE: Whenever possible, service vehicles should park on Drake Avenue or along Beatty Road when servicing the equipment.
