The application has been consulted on in line with legislative requirements. No objections have been received. The proposal is a minor form of development proposing a contemporary style enclosed porch over front entrance door in place of an existing open canopy roof over doorway. The site is part of a small residential development built of mixed materials including brick and render and red and black roof tiles. The proposal is in general conformity with the Council's adopted Development Plan, accords with the ethos of the National Planning Policy Framework and does not represent an impact so unacceptable that it could be successfully resisted at appeal. |
