The application was supported by: Ground Investigation report GN25417_GI rev 1 compiled by Harrison Geotechnical Engineering submitted on 17th March 2023. The submitted ground investigation report is acceptable and hereby agreed. The submitted report is sufficient to discharge the condition in full. |

The application was supported by: A Method Statement compiled by Chignal facilities Management submitted on 17th March 2023. The condition can be discharged in part as the submitted Method Statement is acceptable and hereby agreed. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details contained in the Method Statement. |

The application was supported by: A Method Statement compiled by Chignal facilities Management submitted on 17th March 2023 and a Ground Investigation report GN25417_GI rev 1 compiled by Harrison Geotechnical Engineering submitted on 17th March 2023. The condition can be discharged in part as the measures in the submitted Method Statement and section 4 of the Ground Investigation Report are considered acceptable in relation to measures to protect the listed garden wall and are hereby agreed. The development must take place in accordance with the approved details contained in the Method Statement and Ground Investigation Report. |
