1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority: - Location Plan, received 14th March 2023 - Block Plan of Site, received 14th March 2023 - Solar Panel Data Sheet, received 16th March 2023 - Photo 0188 - 1, received 16th March 2023 - Photo 0188 - 2, received 16th March 2023 The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The solar panels installed shall match the Vertex S "Solar Panel Data Sheet" specification provided on 16th March 2023. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area including the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy (2015) and Policies A1 and E5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Part 2 (2021).
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
