| 3. | INFORMATIVE NOTE - Reason for Approval: This retrospective application has been consulted on in line with legislative requirements. No objections have been received. The proposal is a very minor form of householder development which added a small extension to an existing ground floor bathroom under a lean-to pitched roof - proposal simply realigned an outer wall within the rear courtyard. The extension is contained within an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the terraced property and retains an access to shared rear passageway. The site is enclosed by boundary walls and there are no harmful impacts upon neighbouring dwellings. The proposal is in general conformity with the Council's adopted Development Plan, accords with the ethos of the National Planning Policy Framework and does not represent an impact so unacceptable that it could be successfully resisted at appeal. |
