1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans :
- Site Location Plan scale 1:1250
- Proposed Site/Block Plan Drawing No. PC01-S-02 001 Rev A1
- Proposed Plans Drawing No. P-03 001 Rev A1
- Proposed Elevations Drawing No. PC01-P-04 001 Rev A1

3. | Access to the flat roof over the extension hereby approved shall be for maintenance or emergency purposes only and the flat roof shall not be used as a roof garden, terrace, patio or similar activity.
The reason for the condition is:-
To protect the privacy of the surrounding residents in accordance with Policy A2 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in adopted policy H9 of the Local Plan Part 2. |
5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
