No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 23rd February 2023: Location Plan: PL01 Block Plan: PL03A Proposed Floor Plans: PL04A Proposed Building Section: PL05A Proposed Elevations: PL06A The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No works shall commence until a ground investigation and an interpretive report provided by geotechnical specialists in order to inform the engineering design of the Pool Hall foundations has been first submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The investigation scope should include for exposing the base of the wall so that depth / width can be established where excavations are proposed in the proximity. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the wall is not harmed by the proposed works - in line with paragraph 5.9 of the engineers report submitted as part of Listed Building Consent application 06/22/0311/LB
4.No works shall commence until details of wall repair, including the extent of any replacement brickwork, have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall take place in accordance with the approved details. For the avoidance of doubt, works to repair the wall shall take place outside of bird nesting season. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that works to repair the wall are undertook in a sensitive manner and to protect nesting birds.
5.No works shall commence until a strategy detailing the measures to protect the listed garden wall during the works has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall take place in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- In order to ensure that the wall is adequately protected during the works.
