1.I refer to the above application and confirm that there is no objection to the amendments described above, notification of which was received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24 February 2023. The amendments are captured in the below plans received on the 24 February 2023: Proposed Elevations: 942 - 2/2 Rev 1 Proposed floor plan: 942 - 1/2 Rev1 This decision accepts the changes listed above, as shown within the revised plans listed on this decision notice, as non-material amendments to those elements of the original permission ref 06/22/1001/HH listed at Condition 2. Whilst the development can be undertaken in accordance with these revised plans, it must still adhere to all the conditions set out on the decision notice of permission 06/22/1001/HH. In addition, your attention is drawn to the necessity (where applicable) for obtaining the Council's consent under the Building Regulations in respect of the amendment(s).
