| 1. | Condition 7 requires that a a bat presence survey is undertaken prior to any works taking place to ensure that the building is not occupied by bats. The application was supported by the following information: - PRELIMINARY BAT ROOST ASSESSMENT (Jackie Underhill; April 2022) The bat roost assessment found no evidence of use of the existing building by bats within the areas of the building which were surveyed. Should bat roosting be suspected during the works within the parts of the building to be demolished which were not surveyed, the Local Planning Authority shall be notified and further survey work will have to be conducted, due to this on-going requirement, the condition can only be discharged in part. |
| 2. | Condition 8 requires that the precise details of materials are submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and that the works are undertaken in accordance with the approved details.
